Customer Service sucks. I called about a car I saw as I passed over on the freeway. I asked what kind of Mustang is that you have, his reply is top of the line, the big boy. He didn't answer my question so I asked again and he said its a GT. It is not top of the line big boy, he just thought he was a great salesman and that was his pitch. I then went to my next question, is it a standard or automatic. He couldn't answer me and told me to come in and find out for myself. By that point I was done with him and wanted to speak to someone else, conveniently everyone else was busy so I told him I was no longer interested and he had the balls to tell me not to call again then. ( I called twice )
