I worked for Premier for a few years then was let go. Before, management on a corporate level did not communicate well and the company was at best unorganized. Bonus structure was difficult and yes unrealistic as others on here have said. Since the new owner took over I was asked to come back and its more like when I first started. The team work is here and an enormous change in corporate has made this place great again. The bonus structure is great and every full time employee gets it. The overall price structure is realistic and the new services we offer has brought clients through the doors. I can't wait to see how we grow and continue to improve. It's great to be back!
The only reason I have a con is due to the fact that I can not post this review with out one. All I can say is again, the support is great. Continue taking care of your people and this company has a great future!!
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work. Communication, support and overall business is better than ever. Continue to take of the front runners and they will take care of you.
Great growth opportunities. Upper management always does exactly what they say their going to do. Very Positive energy.
Let's put it this way this company has made it to where I have bought a new house, new car, and provide for myself and my daughter comfortably. It feels great to hold my head up an say, I work here as a independent women. Every change has always been for the best the company and also for the employees.
Not a dang thing. That's the real truth.
Clean, professional looking environment, pay was ok, not great, not awful.
Employees not screened well enough. Bonus levels unrealistic, when an employee was videoed stealing from purses, giving treatments outside of business hours and stealing company inventory, they allowed her to stay instead of firing or prosecuting her. Doors closed with no warning, even after some employees had just recently been hired and packages were sold that very day. Some clinics were being run without an onsite medical director. Very unethical company.
Advice to Management
Don't make the same mistake of the previous owners that were there when I was. Treat your employees well, maintain high ethics.
Micromanaged. They want you to read their script line for line. They mystery call to check in on you. There's constant criticism. Keep track of your sales! They find ways to say that a sale is not yours or why you can't get commission on it. They don't approve request time off. Plan on working Holidays. It's a very fake environment.

Learn to treat your employees with respect.

Company filed chapter 11 then went under new Management Rich Morgan. Look him up and see all the failing business and law suits against this man. not a place or person you would want to work for.
So many labor laws being broken. Everything from not paying for hours worked, not paying you for overtime, to no lunch breaks. Also highly hostile work place, Manger refused to hire employees that were male or overweight and was constantly yelling and cussing getting with in 3 inches of employees faces.
Advice to Management
Know how to treat your employees and what the laws are. Employees do have rights and are not to be subjected to such actions or a toxic environment.
The benefit to working at this company was the coworkers that I had. We all worked hard every day and became like family. I also loved our clients when I first started until the company would not listen to them or take care of them and therefore left us high and dry when it came to time when they should have stepped up to the bat.
I am not exaggerating when I say that almost everything was a con. Literally. My first manager was abusive to everyone. She screamed and stole money and almost got away with it until a new regional manager stepped in and found her out. After that, it was like our store never existed. "Corporate" (whoever they are because they change ALL the time) was never to be seen. We had to pick up the pieces and I had to train pretty much everyone who came through the door as our new "manager." There is no support in this company. They say they want you to achieve but really they don't care about you or the client. They will avoid controversy at all costs and will keep your feet to the fire with angry clients who are not seeing results. You are hardly paid for the work you do and do not get me started on "benefits." I do not see any benefit coming out of this job. I would not go back to work for them, ever.
Advice to Management
You need to be there for your stores. You need to help them and not avoid. You need to encourage your employees and not disregard them. There is so much that is not communicated and so many things that are in need of help. There is so much turn over that no one knows when someone comes or goes.
