“ Here's the deal on these Apartments coming from someone that lives here. Our maintenance team is a new one. So things are starting to turn around again. I saw that one person wrote in a review that the apartments need to be pressure washed, well they are now. This is done yearly. The exposed wood would be fixed if some of the residences here would take a liking to nice things. Also if they would stop breaking things then there would be nicer things such as flowers for curb appeal.Yes, this is low income but it's a lot better than other areas of the town that I have been told about. One of the low income housing places actually charges less so that people can live there without getting a job. That's not how it works here.Also our Property manager is doing the best that she can do with this place so that this place can shine. She is trying to get out all the bad people that live here. They are the ones that are making this place look like crap. She lives here herself so she knows what is going on in the community.Now on to the apartments. You have your chose of 2 or 3 bedroom. If you get the top floor you get lovely vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen area. The rooms are spacious. There are two bathrooms, one right off the master bedroom. The other is right across the hall from the second bedroom. The two bedroom also has walk in closets. There is a solarium (takes the place of the balconies).The 3 bedrooms have 2 baths I think and the master bedroom has a bath in there with it. Also it is located off the kitchen area. Again walk in closets. And the bedrooms are very spacious.If you have your doubts about what the apartments look like on the outside come in and ask to view on of the models. You'll be surprised. Also the management here is talking about trying to make the apartments themselves look better on the inside. Again just need the money that keeps going to fixing things that people that don't care about breaking such as light fixtures.You'll fall in love with the place if you see the inside of the apartments and meet some of the friendly people here. Oh and about the persons review below me: They have started that reward system. However, if you want to get down to it some of the parents here actually need to start watching their children. Agian apartments are nice and so are some of the people that live here. Our property manager is doing the bes that she can to make this place shine. Come on in and see us. ”

“ I visited this Apartment Complex and found that the apartments themselves are very nice, but the maintenance on the outside could be improved. The stairwells need to be pressure washed badly and I found several uncapped areas on the landings that had never been covered and had exposed wood. New sod needs to be planted in some areas and I would suggest planting a few flowers around to enhance the area. No walking on the grass signs should be posted to allow the grass to grow. Smoking residents should be told that cigarette butts belong in an ash tray and not on the grounds. Littering is prohibited and the guilty parties will be fined if caught. I think a general cleanup is needed and residents should be told that they are expected to keep their particular areas clean. Maybe a prize awarded to the nicest kept complex (which includes the newly pressure-washed stairwells) ”

“ This has to be the best quality low income family housing you can get in the local area; however the others that live there have a hard time maintain its quality. At first this used to be a nice place to stay, but as time went on mile high speed bumps where installed to stop unruly speeders, and the pool went from a nice place to spend time to a place for disobedient children to spend time. They quality of the buildings are nice, but it is unfortunate that you can hear a bird flatulent on the other side of the wall. Overall this facility is great, but I would not move back there if I had the option. PROS: wonderful amenities CONS: Bad neighbors ”
